It’s nearly that time of year again, Tuesday February 27th marks the annual Business Clean Up Day. So why not get your business involved this year and help clean up a small part of the environment around you?
The idea of the Business Clean Up Day is to identify a location that needs a clean up and get a team involved to do just that! This might be hard waste or rubbish removal at your work place, or a clean up in a community area nearby or a local beach. Then it’s as easy as registering your team and sorting out the finer details.

If you would like to be involved in a clean up but need some inspiration on an area to choose your local council might be able to assist you. For a beach clean up something else to consider is helping CSIRO gather data by conducting a ‘Marine Debris Beach Survey’. This could be undertaken at the same time as your Clean Up.
