KS Environmental provides a great alternative to food waste getting sent to landfill through our food organics recycling programmes.
The organic material collected is sent to a recycling facility where it is processed either by invessel composting or windrow composting.
Windrow composting is farm scale composting and works for a diverse range of organic waste from the hospitality and food processing industry. As well as taking bulk food waste it can also handle materials such as grease, liquids and even fish and poultry wastes.
